Leadership Model

After studying the SAGE handbook of leadership, I have chosen 10 leadership characteristics that are adapted from  seven identified leadership theories. These ten leadership characteristics are designed to help me create my own leadership model named the MELTING POT Leadership Theory. 

I chose the anagram Melting Pot because it represents a diverse mixture of things that come together as one. These characteristics have been chosen because they will come together to guide me into my executive leadership journey, allowing me to take pieces of the knowledge that I have learned while allowing me to stay true to myself.
