My career began in corporate operations with over 20 years at Verizon, where I led cross-functional initiatives, managed process improvement projects, and collaborated with global

teams to drive operational excellence. That experience now informs my teaching philosophy: connect theory to practice, emphasize real-world application, and develop students into

adaptable, results-oriented leaders.
